About the Guild
Membership
The Ridgewood Guild is an exciting, organization dedicated to the revitalizing the Village of Ridgewood. Founded in February 2010, our Board is made up of a group of high energy, extremely motivated business owners and residents, like yourselves, who care about our Central Business District. With our membership growing each year, 30% of our membership consists of residents. We’d love for you to join us!
Becoming a Guild Member doesn’t just give you access to great deals, you’ll also be supporting the community, and promoting your business through the combined efforts of our whole village,
The Ridgewood Guild - 501(c)(6)
The Ridgewood Guild is a nonprofit organized as a 501(c)(6) under the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
Contributions or gifts to The Ridgewood Guild are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. The purpose of The Ridgewood Guild is to promote business, increase sales and benefit the Ridgewood, NJ community as a whole.

Our board is made up of a group of high-energy, hard working individuals who plan to make a difference. We have no rent, overhead, or salaries to pay, so our annual dues are minimal. This gives us the opportunity to give back to the community via a carefully planned out series of events, fundraisers and marketing strategies.
